One of my Favorite shows Rob & Big is back on air. The warriors are doing great this season, and Monta Ellis is really starting to come around, he had 35 points against the Timberwolves and he played the whole game. The past three days have been pretty hectic schedule wise. My sleeping pattern is a bit off. yesterday morning I went to the record store with Jordan for the 50 cent a pound deals. after that we went sessioning at Jordans house. Kevin, Amanda and Alyson swooped through. IDK about today. I certainly could use some rest and clean my room. I also need to return some stuff I got from Christmas that unfortunately does not fit me.

damn man, this break has been off the hook so far. Heres just a brief summary of what happened during this 3 day period of time(out of order).
Went shopping.
Went out with Chelsie(finally) and watched a movie.
Had a Les Trois Amis talk, lmfao.
Sessioned at Jordan's house.
Raced up and down Mt. Pleasant rd.
Donuts in the EVHS parking lot.
Went Crate digging.
Spent time with my grandparents.
Ate at Tung kee.
Dinner at Sonoma chicken.

thats all I could think of right now. but hey it's Christmas Eve, Happy Holidays to all, have a Jolly one. I won't be home for the next couple of days. I'll be back for the record sale though.

So I've spent time on my MPC and I have realized that sampling is not that easy. I can lay down drum tracks, but it's hard to throw a sample over it. I'll keep on grinding away at it. It doesn't seem like Christmas. I mean, I even had to ask Jordan/Ian/Alyson what day Christmas was.
How depressing -___-. Today I felt a bit disconnected and I still do. I think I'll just spend time with my Mom today. I'm outs.

So it turns out another BDL season is ending tomorrow. the 18th season to be exact. The League has gone along way from it's early beginnings from when we first switched over from the YMCA. I'm proud to say that the starting 5 for Quimby Oak's 7th grade team are all from BDL. It feels rewarding to know that.
I'll be playing in the Coaches vs. Players game again tomorrow. I'll update if my stats are worth posting on this blog. haha. I can't wait for Christmas, not for the presents, but for the get-togetherness of my family. (if get-togetherness is a word)

I've encountered alot of flakers these past couple of days. I hate to say that the same people who are good friends are also flakers. If you can't make a certain meeting/appointment or w/e, at least say that you can't make it. It's one thing to say you can't make it and it's another to ignore somebody, forget about it. In order to keep a certain connection with someone, you need to put in time and set aside time for them so an actual "interaction" happens. In plain black and white, I do not like flakers, whether it be when I sell shoes, or meet up with somebody.
OR
Maybe some people don't give a shit about other peoples time. Don't waste mine, I won't waste yours.

It's all gravy though, Christmas is coming up which in turn means a sleepover at my cousin's house in Gilroy. I'm broke from buying a whole bunch of stuff in like the past 3 weeks. I need to get rid of more shoes.

Complaining that it's cold? Why don't you wear a Jacket. Layering up on those forever 21 thin ass sweaters obviously will not keep you warm.
Personally I think the weather is great. Cold just means there will be snow up in Tahoe, which means it will be

I've honestly spent more time on this machine than on my Homework/Studying put together.
I had about 18 hours of sleep the past 4 days.
I'm going to head out later today to see if I can find a record player somewhere. I want to search for some new vinyl too. and 16 MB of memory isn't cutting it so a need for a memory expansion is needed.

I was able to buy the MPC 1000 yesterday. I'm thankful for it. now I need a record player.
I got a bunch of LPs from my Lola's house yesterday. The charter dinner was pretty sick. I'll update with pictures later, I'm off to BDL practice.

The world does not give a fuck about what you wear, what you bought, or what you can afford.
Because when it comes down to it, none of that shit matters. Honestly nobody would give a shit about what you wore in highschool or whatever, People remember how nice a person was, or what kind of difference they made in somebody's life.

I'm so tired of the media shoving hollywood news down our throats. That shit does not matter at all. it's so pathetic the way we treat or look at celebrities. We treat them as god's or something.
There are people starving in this world, there are people alone, scarred because they don't have anyone to talk to. Instead of talking about what shoes Kanye wears, let's talk about how we can better the world we live in.

the 2008 Election is coming up, I hope that more teenage voters register to vote for this upcoming election.
